About Our Company
D'Libro Excavating was built on the legacy of a long line of hard-working Italian immigrants who came to this country to make a better life for themselves
and their families.
I learned the trade under the watchful eyes of my father, grandfather, and uncles - all stone, cement and concrete masons who learned from their fathers.
I was taught everything from digging a foundation to building a stone wall. There are many stone walls around the state that were built by my father with me working right by his side. I will
always cherish and admire the stone wall that my father built at my home. That same stone wall is one of the projects of which I am most proud.
I also learned about plumbing, including water, drainage and septic systems, from two of my uncles who were licensed master plumbers. Another uncle, a
landscaper and nurseryman, taught me which plants were the best ones to use in certain settings, such as on a hill or as a windbreak, and which trees will grow the fastest or tallest or widest.
I was taught to work hard and honestly, and to keep the job site neat and clean throughout the process. However, I believe the most important lesson that
I learned from ALL of these men was safety -- always keep safety first on the job and the job will be a success.
For the past 40 years, with all this education, work ethic and heritage behind me, I have built D'Libro Excavating into a strong company. Our crew
boasts extensive experience with residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including site and stump clearing, digging and backfilling for foundations, septic and sewerage systems, catch
basins and drainage systems, waterlines, driveways, lawn preparation and more.
Today, D'Libro Excavating is a full service site work company. We pride ourselves on working hard, being on the job site on time, and finishing the
job in a timely manner. Quality, dedication and integrity are the hallmarks of ALL our work.
Please call me at 401-884-8884 for a free consultation on construction work for your public or private project. I will gladly answer any questions you
might have.
